Amber is an entertainment attorney with experience across film, television, and music.
She previously worked with the Business & Legal Affairs team at Blumhouse
Productions, where she drafted, reviewed, and redlined development and production
agreements, managed contract compliance, and coordinated with outside counsel and
talent representatives on scripted and unscripted projects. At Blumhouse, Amber also
helped establish a contract management system, standardizing templates and
implementing AI tools to increase efficiency.
Prior to her role at Blumhouse, Amber was part of the Southwestern Law School
Entertainment and the Arts Legal Clinic, where she drafted agreements and provided
business affairs services for clients across the entertainment industry. Additionally,
Amber gained further experience as an intern at Abrams Garfinkel Margolis and
Bergson, LLP where she drafted various agreements relating to unscripted programs.
Amber received her J.D. from Southwestern Law School through the accelerated
SCALE program, graduating in the top 20% of her class. During law school, she served
as a Dean’s Fellow, Teaching Assistant, and Peer Mentor, mentoring fellow students
and organizing engagement programs to foster academic and professional growth. She
was also a member of the Negotiation Honors Program, where she competed in
national competitions and honed her skills in deal-making and advocacy.
Amber is a member of the California State Bar.
